STUEBER SYSTEMS is the leading provider of school management software in Germany. Our visual communication hardware has been awarded the iF Product Design Award and has also been nominated for the German Design Prize.
STUEBER SYSTEMS was founded in 1987 and is an owner-managed GmbH (limited company) with its head office in Berlin and a branch in Frankfurt am Main. As well as German, STUEBER SYSTEMS solutions are currently available in English, Italian, Russian and Chinese and are used in schools and companies worldwide.
Our story
We started developing a product portfolio for schools in 1987 with our daVinci Timetable software. This was followed by Magellan as additional school management software. Unlike others, our timetable and school management software comes from a single provider. The software has been developed in close cooperation with those working in schools with the goal of enabling a highly user-friendly, simple-to-run solution for experienced laypersons that requires the minimum of training. The characteristic look and feel of our software and our wordage has been copied on many occasions - something we are very proud of! Our school management software has become established in whole-educational institution e-government solutions and is used as part of solutions for the German federal states of Bremen and Berlin.
More recently, we have also been able to provide protection software for networks in education beyond the school management network in the form of CONFIRE Sherlock.
Our CONFIRE Blackboard digital signage software was originally developed at the request of schools. The requirement was for a user-friendly, high-performance software for the generation and publication of digital content on screens in school buildings. As our software spread beyond schools, the question arose as to how digital signage systems can be integrated aesthetically into a given environment or the surrounding architecture.
Starting with the CONFIRE A Stele, we have developed a concerted range of columns, screen frames and desks for a wide range of usage scenarios. In their development we placed emphasis on using shapes and materials that ensure a long service life and high quality, despite the ever-changing technical boundary conditions. Our housings and frames for instance, provide a uniform appearance for screens built by various manufacturers, from various series and across many generations. It is our belief that minimalism, good looks and intelligent functions are key to the acceptance of our new technical systems, whose potential is only just now beginning to be realised by their user group.
Today, our high-end solutions include software, hardware and content from a single provider. Our portfolio includes the A-Series CONFIRE Stele A46 winner of the iF Design Award and nominated for the German Design Prize, simple-to-operate CONFIRE Blackboard Software and, in CONFIRE Public Displays a wide selection of professional display solutions in sizes up to 82 inches.
