daVinci Stand-in Plan
If a teacher is absent, an absence time can be entered in daVinci Stand-in Plan i.e. absent colleagues are input. Cover is created by selecting the best alternative from the list of possible stand-in teachers available. All information relevant for this decision will appear. Changes are automatically included with statistics and printouts. This provides you with an accurate basis for actual teacher teaching time. Any break duties necessary for cover purposes are also shown. Lessons can be brought forward, swapped or moved and entered immediately in the on-screen timetables so they are clearly visible. Cover lessons are shown directly in the on-screen timetables.
Cover timetables can be published electronically using daVinci Look, as HTML output on a website or as a printout. daVinci particularly supports publication of cover plans on screens (public displays) in staff rooms, secretary's offices or recreation areas using Confire Blackboard.
